This group also provides financing, advisory, and transaction services; and asset management services to government, corporate and institutional clients, and private investors. Its Global Private Banking group provides private banking, wealth management, and wealth solutions to high net worth individuals. HSBC operates through a network of approximately 7,500 offices in 87 countries and territories worldwide. The company was founded in 1865 and is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom.
